About us

Fabiola Rosenberger is the proud founder and director of Cultural Languages Services, LLC. She is a native Spanish speaker from Mexico whose passion for sharing her own culture, language and roots led her become a Spanish Teacher.

Fabiola believes that people can expand their knowledge of the world and better understand other cultures’ perspectives by having rich cultural experiences. Therefore, through Cultural Languages Services, Fabiola is committed to inspiring and empowering people with a deeper understanding of the culture and language of the Spanish world.

Fabiola is a certified Spanish teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience in Mexico, Virginia, Maryland and in the District of Columbia. She has taught all levels of Spanish and has taken students to Spain and Morocco. Fabiola has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature with a Minor in French. She also has a Mater’s Degree in Teaching Languages from the University of Veracruz, Mexico.


In order to deepen her knowledge of second language acquisition and to implement best core practices into her teaching, Fabiola attends national as well as local conferences and workshops such as ACTFL (American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages); NTPRS (National Conference on Teaching Proficiency Through Reading and Storytelling); and MFLA (Maryland Foreign Language Association.)

Fabiola had the opportunity to attend a workshop led by Second Language Acquisition researchers Dr. Beniko Mason and Dr. Stephen Krashen to learn more about The Input Hypothesis, and the effects of Story Listening towards Second Language Acquisition.

Fabiola loves spending high quality time with her husband, her 8 year old bilingual daughter and friends. She also loves traveling, doing Yoga, reading, dancing. Fabiola speaks some French and has some basic knowledge of German.
